Builders of the future

About

What problem do we solve?

Sta have great difficulty finding affordable housing.

Construction is underway, but too little and too slowly. Starting workers stay longer

rents, destination decision-making processes are too slow and nitrogen procedures

hinder construction. And when homes become available, these groups are often at the back of the queue.

But, young people are our future!

Let's take better care of them.

Young Man
Hoe doen wij dat?

How do we do that?

We want to solve the housing shortage for young workers, low income families and fire victims by providing housing projects that are built fast, sustainable and affordable. We do this by building modular homes at locations with a temporary destination.

The modular units are already built turnkey in the factory. This is not only efficient, but also saves a lot of nitrogen on the construction site. The temporary destination and greatly reduced nitrogen deposition accelerate the decision-making process.

As a result, we deliver turnkey homes in weeks instead of years. Moreover, the modular homes are built sustainably and can be transported to other locations if desired.

Specifically, we do this in three steps:

01

Project development

Building Plans

In collaboration with landowners and municipalities, we look for solutions off the beaten track. We make locations that are deemed impossible possible.

02

Realization

Construction Site

From planning to the last brick, we ensure that our construction projects are delivered within the deadline. Due to the use of modular construction, the time between the first stone and delivery is often several weeks.

03

Management

Man Trying App

Our landlord platform ensures streamlined communication with tenants. This allows us to conduct very efficient management at low rates.

The Future Housing Team

We are three real estate entrepreneurs with a mission: realizing sustainable real estate projects for groups where the housing shortage is greatest. We believe that students are our future - so we want to help them.

Leo has over 14 years of experience in renting out homes to students and starters. He also has a nice network in the brokerage and real estate industry.

Leo has a technical background and after his studies he gained work experience at Siemens, Datelnet and Ziggo.

Michael Kleijn

Michiel grew up with a father who has been investing in real estate for decades. That led to him renting out his first real estate property at the age of 25.

He has since taken over the management of his father and he takes care of 20 apartments.

After a long IT career at companies such as IBM and SAS, Michiel's desire to develop sustainable real estate, while also responding to acute problems, grew.
